If you were on Main Street Sarasota in 2001, you may have walked through my mom’s neo-classical equestrian gallery. If your pet needed a gentle healer, you may have met my dad in his iconic mobile veterinary clinic called ‘Vets in the City’.
After the recession, we moved to John Denver’s paradise. There, I turned an obsession with a video game called Legend of Zelda into a six-year independent fantasy film project with friends, funded in part through a grassroots campaign via Indiegogo.
These days I specialize in cinema verité -a style of filmmaking that emphasizes raw, candid realism, spontaneity, and the observation of real life- production and post production for artistic and impact initiatives.
I am a freelance media production specialist with 10+ years experience in videography and editing, proficient in Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, Audition, and Canva. For what it’s worth, I also have a BS degree in Film.

This is where Hale’s love of filmmaking began in 2013. From concept to completion, Hale was at the helm as Writer/Producer/Director, Storyboard Artist, Set/Prop/Costume Design, VFX Artist and Editor. Additionally, the soundtrack heard in this trailer and various scenes in the production were composed by Hale.
While this series is not representative of current skill, it is a fun watch if you’re a fan of The Legend of Zelda.
